Key Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients in acute care and inpatient rehabilitation settings.
• Perform therapeutic procedures aligned with patient needs and clinical protocols.
• Document patient progress and treatment details accurately in the Meditech system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Flex between acute care and rehab units as needed, providing consistent physical therapy services.

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Missouri.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute care and rehabilitation environments.
• Ability to perform evaluations and administer treatments independently.
• Strong documentation skills with familiarity in Meditech or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in high-volume hospital settings.
• Familiarity with invasive procedures related to physical therapy.
