Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services to adult and pediatric patients in a busy hospital setting.
• Operate and monitor advanced ventilator equipment including GE R860 and Draeger infant/peds vents.
• Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient care accurately within the electronic medical record system.
• Respond to emergency situations and assist with critical care procedures.
• Assist with patient assessments and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Required Qualifications

• North Carolina Respiratory License.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
• Experience with high flow oxygen devices such as Vapotherm and Comfort Flow.
• Prior experience in a Level II trauma or intensive care setting.
