Key Responsibilities
- Perform outpatient, inpatient, and surgical radiology procedures using PACS and portable x-ray equipment.
- Independently operate C-arm and portable x-ray machines in surgical and clinical settings, supporting orthopedics and specialized patient populations.
- Capture long-leg imaging (hip to ankle) in clinical environments.
- Adapt to working in a fast-paced orthopedic and deformity correction environment, including limb lengthening cases.
- Maintain accuracy and confidence in imaging techniques, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images.
- Flexibly mobilize across offsite locations within the facility as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Maryland or Compact Radiologic Technologist license.
- Minimum of 2 years of radiologic imaging experience.
- Experience with PACS and portable x-ray equipment.
- Ability to independently manage C-arm and portable imaging in surgical environments.
- Knowledge of orthopedic imaging and long-leg radiography.
- References documenting radiology experience.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in OR, ER, or Level I Trauma settings.
- Prior work in outpatient, community hospital, or children’s hospital environments (ages 1–8 preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with GE DR systems, EOS imaging, Standing Foot/Ankle CT scanners.
- Flexibility to work in a surgical and clinical orthopedics environment.

Additional Notes
Candidates must complete required modules virtually on the first day and meet travel compliance policies. Staff must have been off for at least 1 year to reapply for travel assignments, with a maximum of 365 days per assignment at this facility.
