Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Level III NICU setting with patient ratios of 1:1, 2:1, or 3:1 depending on acuity
- Float to other units or nearby affiliate facilities based on staffing needs and individual skill set
- Participate in on-call coverage as mutually agreed upon
- Work every other weekend as part of the standard schedule
- Utilize Epic electronic health record system for all clinical documentation
Required Qualifications
- Active Oregon RN license (may submit with license pending)
- Minimum 2 years of Level III NICU experience
- Proficiency with Epic charting system
- Must have a personal vehicle available for this assignment
- Ability to commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
- 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Comfort and flexibility with floating to sister units or nearby affiliate facilities
