• Full-time, 3x12-hour shifts, Day shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Operate MRI equipment to produce diagnostic images in accordance with physician orders
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during imaging procedures
• Prepare and maintain MRI suite and equipment according to safety protocols
• Document patient information and imaging results accurately in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with radiology team to deliver high-quality patient care
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and confidentiality requirements

Required Qualifications

• ARRT (MR) certification or ARMRIT certification
• Active BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year MRI technologist experience, Siemens experience preferred
• Valid South Carolina state license or proof of application in progress
• Ability to work independently and handle clinical responsibilities efficiently

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Level 1 Trauma experience
• Previous experience working in a teaching hospital environment

Additional Notes

• Work schedule includes Fridays through Sundays, with shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Must be available for holiday shifts if scheduled
• On-call requirements are not applicable for this role
• Candidates within a 60-mile radius of Charleston are preferred; local consideration may include a slight pay adjustment
• All candidates must complete relevant labs within 72 hours of signing and adhere to hurricane season emergency response protocols
