Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Float to other clinics as needed within the nearby area.
• Manage a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits to optimize patient care and clinic efficiency.
• Ensure patient progress is documented accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to deliver quality care aligned with clinical protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist in Georgia.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Flexibility to float between clinics and handle variable patient loads.
• Ability to work 8-hour days during scheduled shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient orthopedic therapy experience.
• Comfortable with high patient volume and double-booking of follow-up visits.
