Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Day shifts, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Complete documentation directly with the healthcare facility prior to start, outside of the clearance packet.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans tailored to individual goals.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain active professional licensing and adhere to facility protocols.

Required Qualifications
• Active state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in a clinical setting, with strong assessment skills.
• Ability to complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Flexible and able to start with a temporary/compact license but must acquire permanent licensure immediately.
• Must not have worked at the facility as a permanent/PRN employee within the last year, or must have been separated for at least one year if previously employed.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of documentation procedures for healthcare facilities.
• Efficient in handling multiple patient cases.
