Travel RN – ICU Float Pool

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Night Shift (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting as part of a rapid response float pool
• Float across ICU units as needed to meet staffing demands and maintain continuity of care
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Respond promptly to changes in patient status and initiate appropriate interventions

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Ability to float across ICU units within the facility
• Compliance with all travel contract and facility onboarding requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a float pool or rapid response nursing role
• Experience working in a high-acuity or Level I/II trauma center environment
• Strong adaptability and ability to quickly acclimate to varying unit environments
