Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients with various acuities across the age spectrum
• Evaluate and apply the nursing process, documenting all findings accurately in the EMR
• Direct patient care activities and coordinate with ancillary staff to ensure quality outcomes
• Communicate effectively with providers and co-workers regarding changes in patient conditions

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Experience in an Emergency Room or acute care setting
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for patients across a broad acuity and age spectrum in an emergency setting
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary care teams
