Contract / Travel | Days | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Start Time: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Projected Start: July 2, 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Provide post-anesthesia recovery care to patients in a 24-bay PACU setting
- Monitor and assess patients recovering from anesthesia, identifying and responding to changes in condition
- Perform Phase II recovery support as part of floating responsibilities
- Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe patient transitions
- Participate in on-call rotation as required by unit scheduling needs
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year of PACU experience
- Current ACLS certification
- Experience with post-anesthesia recovery procedures
- Ability to participate in weekend and on-call rotation as assigned
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Meditech EMR
- Familiarity with Phase II recovery protocols
- Prior travel nursing experience in a PACU setting
