Registered Nurse IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Job Title

• Registered Nurse - Acute Care (PCU/Stepdown)

• Spruce Pine, NC

• Travel, Full-time, Days shift, 12.5-hour shifts

• Provide specialized nursing care to patients in an Acute Care/PCU/Stepdown unit.
• Monitor and respond to patient needs, including telemetry and wound care procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical records (Cerner).
• Adhere to unit policies, including attendance and scheduling, with rotating weekends and on-call as required.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience in acute or stepdown care.
• Telemetry experience is mandatory.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.

• Experience in ICU or critical care settings.
• Wound care experience.
