Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across inpatient rehabilitation, orthopedic, cardiovascular, neurologic, and med/surg populations
• Assess and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Utilize equipment such as treatment beds, exercise balls, resistance bands, treadmills, and exercise bikes
• Document patient progress and treatment details in Meditech EMR
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including directors, lead PTs, therapists, and assistants
• Maintain safe and compassionate care environment under hospital protocols

Required Qualifications

• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 1-year recent experience in hospital acute care, inpatient rehab, or SNF settings
• Valid State license as a Physical Therapist
• Ability to work varied day shift hours and manage patient care effectively

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
• Experience with orthopedic, neurologic, or cardiovascular rehabilitation
• Strong critical thinking, teamwork, and time management skills
• Compassionate and technologically savvy
