Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients requiring physical therapy services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Montana or ability to obtain prior to start
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Experience working in a rural or critical access healthcare environment
