Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient goals and outcomes
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Montana or eligibility to obtain
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current NBCOT certification
- Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract commitment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care environment
- Familiarity with MDS documentation and Medicare guidelines
