- Full-time, days shift, 12-hour shifts, averaging 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Perform computed tomography (CT) procedures on patients as requested by physicians or licensed providers
- Follow established protocols to ensure accurate and high-quality imaging
- Supervise and assist in patient positioning and preparation during scanning processes
- Maintain equipment and ensure safety and cleanliness standards are upheld
- Assist in patient care activities related to diagnostic imaging
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited radiologic technologist program
- Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Computed Tomography (CT)
- Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiography (R) or Nuclear Medicine (N), or CNMT certification
- Licensed by the Texas Medical Board as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT)
- BLS certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Less than 1 year of experience in CT imaging
- Strong attention to detail and patient care skills
