Contract | Days | Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM – 12:30 AM | 3 x 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound and imaging procedures in accordance with departmental protocols
- Ensure patient safety throughout all imaging procedures and adhere to established safety protocols
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing their imaging needs in a professional and compassionate manner
- Produce high-quality diagnostic images for interpretation by the appropriate clinical team
Required Qualifications
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) credential or equivalent certification required
- Demonstrated experience performing ultrasound and sonography imaging procedures
- Strong knowledge of patient safety protocols within an imaging environment
- Effective communication and customer service skills for direct patient interaction
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with echocardiography procedures
- Previous experience in a fast-paced or high-volume imaging setting
