Location: Haverhill, MA
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days shifts, 5 days per week, 8.5 hours per shift, includes two evenings until 7:30 PM, 13- to 26-week assignment, guaranteed 40 hours/week.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a varied patient population.
• Manage a productivity load of 55-63 patients per week, with treatments scheduled typically at 2 per hour and evaluations taking 1 hour.
• Utilize Raintree EMR to document patient care efficiently.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain scheduling flexibility, including availability for evening shifts.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 months outpatient physical therapy experience or 1 year of PT experience in other settings post-clinicals.
• State licensure as a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Ability to complete required HealthStream modules prior to assignment.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior outpatient therapy experience is preferred.
• Strong documentation and patient management skills.
