Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, outpatient, 36 hours guaranteed weekly with potential to work up to 40 hours; Days shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services to patients.
• Manage a patient load of approximately 12-14 patients per day, including double-booking follow-up visits.
• Ensure productivity expectations of 60 visits per week are met.
• Obtain prior approval from the director before working any overtime hours.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical protocols during patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license as a Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a high patient volume efficiently.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient orthopedic therapy experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
• Strong patient management and documentation skills.
