Contract | Nights (3x12-Hour Shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Weekends Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Neuro Telemetry unit within a short-term acute care facility
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:4, delivering safe and effective nursing care
• Float between units as needed based on staffing and patient census demands
• Adhere to unit-specific dress code requirements for licensed nursing personnel
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays as outlined in the contract schedule

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required
• Experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry nursing
• Ability to work night shifts including weekends (6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule)
• Must commit to all RTO and scheduling requests being submitted upfront at time of submittal
• Must be willing to float to sister facilities nearby the contracted location if required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Level II Trauma Center or acute care hospital setting
• Familiarity with Neuro Telemetry patient populations and monitoring
