Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit within a Short Term Acute Care / Level IV Trauma Center setting
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings as part of ongoing patient assessment and care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic electronic health records
• Float between units within the facility or to nearby affiliate facilities based on census and staffing needs
• Participate in on-call / standby call rotation as required by unit needs
• Work every other weekend as part of the standard scheduling rotation

Required Qualifications

• Active Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license (may submit with license pending)
• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience in Medical Surgical and Telemetry
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records (hard requirement – no exceptions)
• Dual training and competency in both Medical Surgical and Telemetry nursing
• Ability and willingness to float between units and sister facilities as needed
• Must have reliable personal vehicle for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience preferred; first-time travelers are discouraged for this role
• Experience working in a Short Term Acute Care or Trauma Center environment
• Familiarity with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio environment
