Schedule / Job Type
- Travel, 13-week contract, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Days shift, Rotating weekends, 5 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient rehabilitation therapy to a diverse patient population
- Perform skilled therapy procedures in accordance with patient needs and treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records using electronic medical records (EMR) system
- Adapt therapy techniques to accommodate various levels of patient ability and recovery stages
Required Qualifications
- Valid Texas state license
- CPR certification (BCLS)
- Inpatient rehab experience
- Ability to work flexible and adaptable with rehab patient care
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in rehab settings with diverse patient profiles
- Comfortable floating to other rehab sites based on census needs
