Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with facility protocols and standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience
• Active and unrestricted Ohio RN license or valid Compact State license – must be in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA BLS certification – must be in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA ACLS certification – must be in hand at time of submission
• One professional reference required from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director within the applying specialty from an assignment worked in the past 12 months
• No open background case or license hits

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Telemetry and ECG rhythm recognition experience
• Experience within a single Med/Surg Telemetry location for the required 18-month period
