LVN / LPN LTC/SNF

Job Title

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

• Albuquerque, NM

Schedule / Job Type

• Part-time, Days shifts, 12.5 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and support in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Monitor patient vitals and administer medications as prescribed.
• Document patient information accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality care.
• Follow all facility policies and procedures regarding patient safety and confidentiality.

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN or LVN license in the state of New Mexico.
• Previous experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
• Ability to work 12.5-hour day shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic nursing skills and knowledge of patient care standards.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
