Contract | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• Manage care for a diverse patient population including long-term care and short-term rehabilitation residents
• Utilize facility EMR system (PCC) for documentation and patient records
• Participate in location-specific orientation prior to beginning patient care
• Fulfill rotating weekend and holiday coverage requirements (every other weekend and holiday)

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license
• Experience in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility environment
• Proficiency or ability to learn PCC (PointClickCare) EMR system
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
• Availability for every-other-weekend and every-other-holiday scheduling

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in an LTC or SNF setting with varied diagnoses
• Familiarity with PCC electronic medical records
