Job Title

• Physical Therapist (Pelvic Health Outpatient)

• Jacksonville, IL

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Contract (13-26 weeks)
• Days, M-F, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pelvic floor therapy for both male and female patients.
• Manage a caseload within established patient ratios.
• Maintain compliance with facility and certification requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare team and document patient progress using Cerner.
• Adhere to shift schedules and participate in orientation and training modules.

Required Qualifications

• Illinois state PT license (active and in hand at time of submission).
• Minimum of 1 year outpatient physical therapy experience.
• BLS certification.
• Willingness to work full-time M-F schedule.
• Experience with Cerner charting preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in critical access or magnet hospitals.
• Knowledge of hospital protocols and documentation systems.
• Ability to float within scope if needed.
