Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assistance to patients in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, and independent living settings.
• Implement and follow individualized treatment plans under the supervision of licensed therapists.
• Assist in documenting patient progress and report findings to supervising therapists.
• Support patient engagement and ensure a safe environment during therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license or certification.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Ability to work effectively in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in SNF, AL, or IL settings preferred.
• Familiarity with documentation systems and therapy equipment.
