Registered Nurse Emergency Room

Job Title

• Travel Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Schedule / Job Type

• Travel, Nights, 12-hour shifts, 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care in a high-volume, fast-paced Emergency Department.
• Administer medications, start IVs, and perform pediatric and adult patient assessments.
• Document patient information accurately using Meditech EMR system.
• Collaborate with a diverse healthcare team to deliver timely and quality patient care.
• Follow unit policies, including scanning patients and medications at charting points.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of acute care hospital ED RN experience.
• Valid BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
• Experience in large facility environments with 52+ beds preferred.
• Meditech EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and adapt quickly.
• Must have actively maintained licenses and certifications.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ENPC certification.
• Prior travel nursing experience.
• Experience with IV starts, medication administration, sedations, and pediatrics.
