Physical Therapist

Travel - Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Marion, NC

Schedule / Job Type: Travel, Monday–Friday, Days, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients according to physician prescriptions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and safety standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy practices and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous experience in outpatient therapy settings preferred.
• Familiarity with therapy documentation software.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
