Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care goals
• Maintain compliance with credentialing and facility-specific requirements throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license valid in the state of Massachusetts (permanent license required)
• Prior experience in a physical therapy outpatient or relevant clinical setting
• Ability to meet contract-based credentialing and quality assurance requirements
• Ability to work a consistent day shift schedule of 40 hours per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience as a travel or contract Physical Therapist
• Familiarity with outpatient physical therapy documentation systems and workflows
