Contract | Days | 4x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) | Every Other Weekend Required | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services within an ICU and related clinical settings
- Perform respiratory and neuro diagnostic procedures as assigned
- Float between multiple affiliated hospital campuses as required
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver patient-centered respiratory care
- Adhere to all facility compliance, credentialing, and scheduling requirements including holiday coverage
Required Qualifications
- Active Indiana Respiratory Therapist license (must be in hand prior to start date)
- NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- Active ACLS and BLS/BCLS certifications required
- Minimum 18 months of recent ICU experience (within the last 18 months)
- Education must be accredited through CoARC and regionally accredited through CHEA
Preferred Experience / Skills
- 2 or more years of overall respiratory therapy experience
- Prior travel therapy experience is a plus; first-time travelers are accepted
- Comfort and flexibility with floating to affiliate hospital locations
