Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Mid Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) | 8-hour and 12-hour shift options available | Onsite | Every other weekend required | Holiday rotation may be required

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and perform head-to-toe patient assessments
• Provide nursing care to residents with diagnoses including CHF, COPD, diabetes, dementia, and rehabilitation needs
• Manage IV therapy for fluids and antibiotics as indicated
• Serve in charge nurse capacity as needed
• Float throughout the facility as required
• Participate in structured orientation including Relias modules and skills check-off

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Michigan
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of long-term care (LTC) experience
• Comfort working with dementia patients, including in a secured memory care unit
• Proficiency or ability to learn Point Click Care (EMR)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with IV therapy administration (fluids and antibiotics)
• Prior charge nurse experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Familiarity with BIPAP and CPAP management
