Travel RN – Medical/Telemetry (Spine Unit)

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Day Shift (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Telemetry Spine unit
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in North Carolina or a compact state
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Medical/Telemetry setting
• Current BLS certification
• Demonstrated ability to monitor and respond to telemetry data
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced inpatient environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a spine or orthopedic unit
• Previous travel nursing experience
• ACLS certification
