Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, days, 5 shifts per week, 8.5 hours per shift, flexible start date and contract length (13 to 26 weeks)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients, typically scheduling two treatments per hour and performing evaluations as needed
• Manage a productivity range of 55-63 patients per week, ensuring quality care and documentation
• Work collaboratively within a team environment to meet patient goals and department objectives
• Utilize Raintree electronic medical records system for documentation and treatment planning
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other settings after clinicals
• Valid physical therapy license in the appropriate state
• Ability to work flexible hours, including two evenings per week until 7:00 PM
• Strong understanding of outpatient treatment protocols and documentation standards

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Raintree EMR system
• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience in a fast-paced clinical setting
