Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5x8 Hours (Monday–Friday, 7:45–17:00) | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Perform vascular ultrasound studies including Carotid Duplex, AAA, Venous Insufficiency, Renal Artery, Upper and Lower Venous Duplex, Mesenteric, PVR, and UE/LE Arterial Duplex
- Conduct arterial mapping, Doppler studies, Peripheral Vascular Resistance, and Upper Extremity Arterial and Venous studies in a clinic setting
- Manage a daily workload of approximately 8–10 studies per technologist across 4 rooms
- Operate specialized vascular equipment including Philips ultrasound systems and Parks Flo-Lab
- Document and chart patient studies accurately using EPIC electronic health records system
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of vascular technologist experience required
- RVT certification required; candidates holding RVS (without RVT) may be submitted for screening consideration
- BLS certification required
- Proficiency in EPIC electronic health records system required
- Demonstrated experience with adult patient population required
- Competency with required vascular skills: arterial mapping, carotid studies, Doppler studies, Peripheral Vascular Resistance, Renal Artery Duplex, Upper Extremity Arterial, and Upper Extremity Venous
- Experience with Parks Flo-Lab and Agfa systems required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with Philips ultrasound equipment
- Prior travel contract experience preferred; first-time travelers will be considered
- Active NC license or compact state license
