Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Full-Time | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to high-risk obstetric patients within a Maternal Fetal Medicine unit
• Monitor maternal and fetal status, interpreting fetal monitoring strips and responding to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record
• Support patients and families through education, emotional support, and clear communication throughout the care process

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in North Carolina or compact state eligibility
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery or Maternal Fetal Medicine
• Current BLS certification required
• Experience with electronic fetal monitoring and high-risk obstetric care
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced clinical environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a Labor and Delivery or Maternal Fetal Medicine setting
• AWHONN fetal monitoring certification or equivalent
• Familiarity with high-risk pregnancy conditions such as preeclampsia, preterm labor, and multiple gestations
