- Part-time, weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral support and interventions in accordance with individual treatment plans
- Document client progress and report on behavioral changes
- Collaborate with team members to implement therapeutic strategies
- Support clients in developing daily living skills and behavioral goals
- Maintain compliance with safety and confidentiality standards
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience or training in behavioral support (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and documentation protocols
- Must be willing to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
- Ability to work 8.5-hour shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with individuals with behavioral or developmental needs
- Certification in behavioral support or related field (e.g., BCBA, RBT)
