CT Technologist (Computed Tomography)

Contract | Mid Shift | Typically 4 x 10-hour shifts (Wednesday–Tuesday) | Every 3rd to 4th weekend required | Holiday rotation may apply

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT and X-ray imaging in ED, inpatient, and outpatient settings
• Conduct portable X-ray studies and assist with surgical and fluoroscopy cases in the OR
• Float and provide coverage across CT and X-ray departments as needed, including solo overnight X-ray coverage
• Start IVs for contrast administration as required
• Operate department equipment including Siemens CT scanners and Siemens/Fuji X-ray systems
• Document and manage imaging studies using Cerner EMR and Sectra PACS

Required Qualifications

• Active ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography)
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of CT experience
• Fluoroscopy experience required
• Comfortable performing X-ray independently, including as the sole technologist during night shifts
• Ability to start IVs

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner EMR and Sectra PACS
• Familiarity with Siemens CT and Siemens/Fuji X-ray equipment
• Experience in high-volume imaging environments (approximately 80 X-ray and 40 CT studies per day)
