Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care for labor and delivery patients in a Critical Access Hospital setting
- Deliver post-partum care to patients following delivery
- Provide mother and baby care, monitoring the health and well-being of both patients
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Wisconsin
- Experience in Labor and Delivery nursing
- Experience in post-partum and mother-baby care
- Ability to work night shift in a Critical Access Hospital environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a Critical Access Hospital or rural healthcare setting
- Fetal monitoring certification or equivalent experience
