Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Days | Onsite | 10-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 6:30 PM) or 12-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 8:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an Endoscopy/GI setting with a 1:1 patient ratio
- Assist with endoscopic and gastrointestinal procedures throughout the care continuum
- Monitor and assess patient status before, during, and after procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- Endoscopy experience required
- 1:1 patient ratio experience required
- Active BLS certification
- Active ACLS certification
- Valid compact or state RN license in hand at time of submission
- Nursing education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
Preferred Experience / Skills
- PACU experience preferred
- Experience working in a high-volume academic or medical center environment
