Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assessments and treatments to patients according to prescribed plans.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs to improve patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of therapy equipment and treatment areas.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Relevant clinical experience in a therapy setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a new clinic or center setting.
• Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and best practices.
