MRI Technologist – Radiology/Cardiology

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday | 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI imaging procedures including abdomen, pelvis, head and neck, spine, and musculoskeletal studies
• Execute advanced imaging techniques including diffusion imaging (non-brain), gradient echo imaging, MIP, MRP, spin echo images, and CINE
• Utilize surface coils and apply T1 and T2 imaging protocols accurately
• Operate GE and Siemens MRI equipment in accordance with facility protocols
• Document patient information and imaging data using EPIC electronic health records system
• Provide imaging services for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations; familiarity with neonates, infants, and pediatric patients preferred

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of MRI technologist experience required
• Must not be a first-time traveler; prior travel experience required
• Active ARRT certification required
• Current BLS certification required
• NC state license or compact license required (pending licensure acceptable at time of submission)
• Must be available for full orientation week with no scheduling conflicts during the first week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with chest MRI imaging
• Proficiency in image post-processing techniques
• Familiarity with neonatal, infant, and pediatric patient populations
