Travel LPN – Med/Telemetry (Night Shift)

Contract – Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Telemetry unit under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, telemetry readings, and changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans and facility protocols
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity of patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN or LVN license valid in the state of North Carolina (or Compact license eligibility)
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
• Prior experience in a Telemetry or Medical/Telemetry setting
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Current BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring equipment and cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Experience with electronic health record systems in an acute care setting
