Key Responsibilities

• Monitor program performance and prepare reports for executive leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in rehabilitation management or a related leadership role.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop and implement operational strategies.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field.
• Previous experience in a manager or director position within a rehabilitation setting.
