Job Title

• Travel Registered Nurse - NICU

Schedule / Job Type

• Temporary / Travel, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level IV NICU setting.
• Monitor critically ill infants using advanced equipment including ventilators, incubators, and cardiorespiratory monitors.
• Perform procedures such as intubation, central line placement, PIV insertion, lab draws, and therapeutic hypothermia.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and evidence-based standards of NICU care.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care NICU Level IV experience.
• Valid BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications.
• Proven experience in a Level IV NICU setting.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in PICU or post-surgical neonatal care.
• Skilled in performing advanced neonatal procedures such as ROP exams and gastric tube placement.
