Key Responsibilities
- Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders for sub-acute rehabilitation patients
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on treatment options and progress
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current and valid state SLP license in Arizona
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
