Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions.
• Prepare treatment areas and assist with therapeutic exercises.
• Educate patients on post-treatment care and exercises.
• Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and patient care procedures.
• Excellent communication and patient-interaction skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with physical therapy equipment and documentation systems.
