Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown (Float Pool)

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care/Step-Down float pool setting on night shift
• Manage a patient ratio of approximately 1:3–4 in an intermediate care environment
• Float to units of equivalent or lower acuity level as needed, including a nearby affiliated hospital location
• Perform telemetry monitoring and IV insertion as core clinical duties
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using an electronic health record system

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a PCU, IMC, or Step-Down setting
• Current, valid RN license (compact or state license required at time of submission)
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Demonstrated IV start and telemetry skills required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Nursing education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Candidates with 1–2 years of experience may be considered; profiles will be subject to additional review
• Experience working in a float pool or multi-unit environment
