Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | 36–48 Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTACH) ICU setting during night shift hours
- Monitor and manage critically ill patients, ensuring timely assessment, intervention, and documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Complete required pre-assignment testing, orientation modules, and annual compliance requirements within designated timeframes
- Float to other units and campuses as needed based on census, performing only tasks within demonstrated and documented competencies
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 3 years of ICU or CCU experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience with EPIC EMR
- Must meet facility travel compliance distance requirements to be eligible for this assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior LTACH ICU experience strongly preferred
- CCU background will also be considered
