Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population including orthopedic, postpartum, post-op, BPPV, and gait/balance patients.
• Document patient progress and plan treatment strategies to meet individual patient needs.
• Manage a productivity rate of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily with expected double-booking of follow-up visits.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and float to other regional clinics as needed, maintaining consistency in patient care.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed, pending approval for any overtime.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort while adhering to facility policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Candidates with recent graduation are not considered.
• First-time travelers are welcome.
• Experience with a high-volume outpatient caseload is advantageous.
