Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room
Location: Berlin, MD
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days shifts, 4 shifts per week, 10 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in the Operating Room setting
• Assess patient condition and develop appropriate care plans based on the Nursing Process
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure a smooth and efficient operative experience
• Monitor patient recovery and provide postoperative care in PACU/ASU
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly
  Required Qualifications:
• Valid RN license in the state of Maryland
• Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR and ACLS certifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or willingness to obtain within 5 years of hire
  Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Previous experience in Operating Room or perioperative nursing
• Familiarity with pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient care
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
